Ember Vale

Empowering people daily

★★★★★

At Ember Vale, we provide high-quality semi-independent living for Care-Leavers and Young People (aged 18 -25) in the Bexley and Bromley. Our service also supports those with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

We believe every Young Person has the potential to thrive when given the right balance of structure, encouragement and opportunity. Our mission is to empower Young People to step confidently into Adulthood by providing a safe, structured and inspiring environment where independence is nurtured and potential is realised.

Every Young Person, regardless of their background, experiences, or challenges, deserves the opportunity to develop the skills, self-belief and resilience needed to build a stable and fulfilling future.

For many Young People, the transition into Adulthood can feel uncertain or overwhelming. Ember Vale transforms this transition into a supported journey of discovery and growth. Through person-centred support planning and continuous encouragement, we help Young People to understand their strengths, learn new skills and make informed choices about their futures.

At Ember Vale, we don’t just prepare Young People for independence, we prepare them for life.

About Ember Vale

We work to cultivate belonging, emotional wellbeing and social inclusion by helping Young People form positive peer relationships, engage with their communities and take pride in their achievements. Every aspect of our practice, from life skills coaching and budgeting support to health access and travel training, is designed to promote autonomy and long-term success.

Our Mission
Our Vision

Our vision is to see each Young Person leave Ember Vale equipped not just with practical skills, but with confidence, dignity and the ability to lead a healthy, self-directed life within their community. We measure success not by how quickly Young People move on, but by how ready, prepared and proud they feel when they do.
